Shipping is handled in house and will always be as timely and convenient as possible. From date of order expect 1 day of processing and between 1-3 days of domestic shipping.
All orders will receive a confirmation tracking number that you may use to follow your order to its destination.
As far as returns, begin this process by reaching out to our support team at [email protected] and inform them of the situation to see if any remedies are readily available. If the shoe was damaged or faulty for any reason we will cover return shipping and exchange the pair free of charge, but if the shoe is to be returned for any other reason the shipping fee on the return must be covered by the sender, and upon receipt of the returned item the amount paid will be reimbursed to the account holder.
